An exquisite Taiwanese GABA oolong tea from Alishan Mountain. During production, the tea undergoes a moderate roasting and anoxic fermentation, imparting a distinctive elegance.
Appearance
Tightly rolled, neat brown tea balls with small stems. The aroma of the dried leaves is rich and distinct, with notes of dried fruit, rye bread, honey, and spices.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is oily, dense, golden-red in color, with a rich, sweet aroma. The taste is rich and silky, with notes of fruit, spices, baked goods, berries, citrus, fruits, and flowers, with a characteristic GABA acidity. The finish is warm and enveloping.

This tea warms well, relaxes the body, and focuses the mind. Suitable for slow, thoughtful tea drinking.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 8-9 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
