How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-7 g per 150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 4-6 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 2-4 minutes
Cold Brew
Pour 1000 ml of filtered water at a temperature of 18-22°C over 4 g of tea and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, pour off the infusion and enjoy the delicate taste of the tea.
