Appearance
Emerald brown tight knots with a sweet, intoxicating, confectionery aroma with notes of honey biscuits, bananas and caramel. The aroma of steamed leaves has a sour plum note.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is amber, oily, with the scent of mango, dried jackfruit and sweet crumbly biscuits. The taste has a characteristic GABA sourness, smooth, rich and sweet, with pronounced notes of creaminess, a mixture of tropical fruits and a delicate honey sweetness. It leaves a sweet honey aftertaste.
Effect
The tea is wonderfully relaxing, gently focuses the mind, and reminds you of travels to hot countries.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
