The small spheres are brown with a light aroma of caramel, honey and ripe fruit. The infusion is a deep amber color with a thick, uplifting flavor. Sweet tropical fruit notes are balanced by sour orange and quince, with a slight astringency and roasted notes emerging after the next pour. A buttery tea with a strong, long aftertaste.
