Appearance
Large, dense brown knots with small stems and a rich, sweet, spicy-fruity, honey-like aroma.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is rich, clear, amber-honey in color with a red border. The tea's aroma is deep, with winey, spicy, and fruity notes. The flavor is silky, smooth, complex, fruity and spicy, with hints of honey, flowers, oriental spices, berries, and wine-cognac notes. The finish is full-bodied, warm, and refreshing, with a pleasant acidity.

This tea is very resistant to steeping, allowing you to enjoy the development of flavor and aroma. It warms, relaxes, and harmonizes the body and mind. It is especially good for the cold season.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
