A striking example of Guangdong oolong tea with a wonderful flavor and powerful effect. The tea is harvested from low-growing tea trees on Wudong Peak. During production, the tea undergoes light fermentation and a single heating process, preserving the herbal flavor and aroma.

Large, brown leaves with dark green flecks, carefully twisted lengthwise. The aroma of the dried leaf is bright and juicy, with perfumed, fruity, and spicy notes.

The infusion is light orange in color with a distinctive floral aroma. The taste is clean, deep, balanced, and dense, with berry-spicy notes, a pleasant acidity, and hints of banana, apricot, and citrus. The signature Guangdong roughness and bitterness are noticeable. The aftertaste is sweet and lingering, with a pleasant menthol freshness.

How to brew

Steaming

• Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
• Water: 85-90°C
• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.

Infusion method

• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
