The tea leaves are twisted longitudinally into long, thin needles of a dark burgundy, almost black color, with a warm, slightly smoky and slightly astringent aroma.
The infusion has a rich, amber-red color with a smoky, spicy, autumnal aroma with a hint of wild berry tartness. The taste is smoky and slightly sweet, with notes of cocoa beans and dark chocolate, with a slightly spicy finish. A pleasant, sweet aftertaste without harshness.
A tea for autumn days. Warms up well, gives a feeling of comfort and is slightly refreshing.
