Taiwanese oolong grown in the exceptional highlands of Yunnan Province, China. Volcanic soils, a unique climate, and organic production create a rich, multifaceted, elegant, and complex tea.
The spherical knots are emerald in color and have a fresh aroma of gingerbread and cream. The infusion is thick, light pistachio in color, with aromas of lilac, meadow flowers, buckwheat honey, and pumpkin seeds. The flavor is full and subtle, with floral and fruity notes, light spices, and creaminess. The finish is long and lingering, with a mineral saltiness.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g. per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-8 infusions.
