Bing Xiang Dan Cong, AAA, 2025
A distinctive Guangdong oolong with a vibrant floral aroma and delicate honeyed sweetness. A key feature of this tea’s production is its freezing after partial leaf oxidation. Low temperatures create additional freshness and floral nuances in the aroma, giving this oolong a unique and appealing bouquet.

Large, uniform, fleshy dark green leaves with vibrant, salad-like stems. The twist is longitudinal, somewhat careless, and loose. The aroma of the dry tea is deep, delicate, and richly floral: hints of lilac, jasmine, apple tartness, and creaminess are evident.
The infusion is smooth, clear, bright yellow, with a clean, sweet aroma. The flavor is rich, distinctly sweet, creamy, and floral, with notes of citrus and berries and a slight bitterness. As the tea steeps, a rough texture and tobacco notes emerge, reminiscent of Sheng Pu Erh.
An unusual tea for special occasions. Long, melodic, and layered, it warms and refreshes, harmonizing mind and body.
