The taste is smooth and sweetly creamy with subtle notes of fermented fruit tree leaves. The taste is quite simple but clean, without any unnecessary woody husks. Due to its large weight, it can be brewed many times.
Fujian white tea, pressed into balls weighing 7–8 grams each. They break apart easily by hand. Use a whole ball for brewing in a teapot or thermos, and half a ball for brewing in a mug.
The aroma of the warmed leaves is warm, honeyed and berry-like, with a sweet note. The flavour offers a smooth, sweet creaminess with subtle notes of fermented fruit tree leaves. The taste is fairly simple but clean, without any unwanted woody astringency. Due to the large weight per ball, it yields many infusions. The overall impression is smooth, balanced and calm.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80–90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 15-20 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
