Anji Bai Cha, AAA, 2026
Calm and quiet tea, suitable for morning tea parties at dawn, for lunches alone with yourself, for ending the evening with tea on the balcony.
A traditional green tea named for the white color of the tea bush's shoots. This tea is prepared using hand-picked, early spring tea leaves.
Appearance
Long, thin, neatly twisted flushes (a bud and two leaves) are pistachio-colored. The dried leaf aroma is soft, herbaceous, and floral.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clear, clean, and light green. The aroma is delicate and light, with floral, berry, and citrus notes. The taste is refined, enveloping, sweet, without bitterness, and full-bodied, with notes of wildflowers, green apple, steamed currant leaves, and honey, with subtle nuances of citrus and berries. The aftertaste is fresh, light, and sweet and sour.
Effect
This tea is perfect for both morning tea parties and leisurely evening gatherings. Refreshes, gently invigorates, relieves fatigue and stress.
We recommend using porcelain teaware.
