Daily standard-quality matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Harvested in the summer of 2025 and ground in March 2026.

Matcha Latte Recipe
- 1-2 g (1 level teaspoon or 2 measuring spoons) matcha
- 30-40 ml hot water (70-80°C)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tsp Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey
Sift the matcha through a sieve and pour into a preheated bowl. Add water and whisk in a W-shape until foamy.
Pour 200-250 ml of frothed hot milk into a cup, add matcha and sweetener of choice.
