A high-altitude, light Nepalese oolong tea, harvested in spring 2025.
The tea is grown at an altitude of 2,200 meters in the ecologically pristine Panchthar region. A bud and two leaves are used for production.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, ceramic or glass gaiwan
- Water: 75-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain, ceramic or glass teapot
- Water: 75-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g. per 200 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
