Organic Nepalese red tea produced in the Sakhejung district of Ilam Prefecture on a small farm. This tea has a rich, robust, full-bodied flavor, with floral, fruity, and spicy notes and a slight astringency.

The tea leaves are grown at an altitude of 1900 meters in an ecologically pristine region. The buds and two leaves of the April 2025 harvest are used for production.
This tea has a rich, robust, full-bodied flavor, with floral, fruity, and spicy notes and a slight astringency. The infusion is amber-red, clean, and clear.
It is incredibly refreshing, invigorating, and energizing.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
