Appearance
Small, dark-brown, tightly rolled tea balls with a distinctive fruity, berry-like aroma with hints of spice.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is ruby-colored with a rich, fruity aroma. The flavor is balanced, sweet, fruity, and spicy, with berry, honey, and baked notes and a slight, subtle acidity. The finish is long, refreshing, enveloping, and sweet-sour.
Effect
This tea is excellent for both steeping and steeping. Its flavor and aroma unfold during drinking, leaving a refreshing and relaxing experience.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
