A red oolong tea with a vibrant, fragrant aroma and a fiery character thanks to intense heat during processing. Quince flowers complement and enhance the honeyed flavor and aroma, transforming the tea into a surprising and sunny, cozy drink.

Long, longitudinally twisted, crimson-golden leaves are mixed with a scattering of small, fluffy white quince flower balls. The dry tea's aroma is bittersweet and honeyed, reminiscent of buckwheat honey and burnt sugar. As it warms, a distinct gingerbread flavor emerges, with notes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and Christmas pastries.

The infusion is brick-red in color with a candy-sweet aroma of Turkish delight, apple pastille, ripe wild berries, and baked quince. The taste is sweet and sour, with notes of shortbread, honey, cherry resin, and the tartness of cherry plum. Leaves a spicy aftertaste on the tongue and throat.

The tea is calming, uplifting, and warming.
