A Taiwanese Gaba Oolong with natural flavoring, produced in the high-altitude region of Alishan. The infusion is clear, light, golden-green in color, with a soft, velvety, sweet-floral, herbal flavor, a delicate acidity, and a warm, lingering finish. The aroma of the finished tea is honeyed, but not cloying, with notes of baked goods, spices, and dried fruits. A very cozy tea for a quiet evening.
A Taiwanese Gaba Oolong with natural flavoring, produced in the high-altitude region of Alishan. During production, the tea undergoes a medium roast and subsequent fermentation under anaerobic conditions.
Appearance:
Tightly rolled spherical tea balls with small stems, reddish-brown in color. When warmed by the breath, a floral-herbal aroma with a bright honey note, almost without acidity, is noticeable.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
