The taste has notes of red apple, cherry, green grape, hops, prunes, lilac and raspberry. A state of complete calm and balance.
A medium-sized, spherically twisted oolong tea of greenish-brown colour with golden flecks. When warmed by breathing, it releases aromas of caramel, apple, and nectar from flowers and fruits.
The infusion is copper-coloured and oily. After the first pour, the aroma intensifies, with hints of baked apple. The taste has notes of red apple, cherry, green grape, hops, prunes, lilac and raspberry. There is a mesmerising tartness of green apple, blackcurrant, lime and rose. The aftertaste is long, persistent and very pleasant.
A state of complete calm and balance. There is no anxiety, problems fade into the background, the body relaxes, tension is relieved.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
