GABA oolong tea, produced from organic, high-mountain Luan Ji tea in Thailand. It boasts a unique flavor profile, harmoniously intertwining warm notes of cinnamon, plum jam, apple pie, and milk caramel.
The brown nodes, with small, hemispherical stems, offer the aroma of fresh, sweet pastry with a distinct tartness. The infusion is thick, viscous, clear, amber-colored, and has a dense, buttery flavor. Notes of blackcurrant, burnt caramel, toffee, oriental spices, and raisins are evident, along with the tartness of citrus and green mango. The finish is long and fresh, without any smoky or bitter aftertaste.
It perfectly refreshes, relaxes, and harmonizes the mind and body. It holds up well to multiple steepings and develops slowly.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
