Appearance
The leaves and stalks are twisted into small brown knots. The dry tea has a honeyed aroma with notes of buttery baked goods.

The infusion is clear, transparent, and golden in color. The flavor is buttery and viscous, with notes of apple strudel, honey, and fruit-filled croissant. The finish is soft, warm, enveloping, and sweet and sour.
Effect
Relaxing, warming, and serene. An excellent choice for every day. This tea is delicious steeped or steeped in a thermos.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
