A calm classic GABA tea with honey-herbal notes of dry tea. The infusion is clean, has a transparent golden color, with a woody-fruity aroma, the taste of flower honey, fresh pastries and oriental spices. After each subsequent pour, the floral notes with accents of grapefruit, sea buckthorn and figs are more and more pronounced. The aftertaste is long, pleasant, reminiscent of a fresh shortbread cookie.
A great everyday tea, refreshing and light. Perfect for those new to oolong.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
