Appearance
Small, dense, dark brown balls with a soft, dry aroma with coffee and citrus notes. Spicy, bready, and berry notes emerge when the leaves are heated.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clear, deep, and ruby-colored. The aroma is sweet and sour, subtle, with notes of rye bread, cocoa beans, and baked apples. The flavor of the tea is rich, full-bodied, spicy, and honeyed, with hints of chocolate, citrus, and a distinct acidity, changing with each steeping. The finish is warm and enveloping.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-6 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g. per 250-300 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
