Organic Taiwanese oolong with anaerobic fermentation in a nitrogen-rich environment from a small town in western Nantou County. The tea is twisted crosswise, but not to a thick pea state, but only halfway. The leaf has a dark brown-green hue and a medium-sized stem. When heated with the breath, a light aroma of cinnamon, cakes and ripe fruits. The water is about 88 °С and the thick infusion is golden in color. The delicate taste senses the mild sweetness of cinnamon, red apple, raisin cake and a hint of vanilla. Pleasant acidity of tea rose and tangerine. The aftertaste is in similar collaborations of fruit and spice. A state of calmness and lightness, the tea creates comfort and coziness, both inside and out.
