Appearance
Neat, medium-sized strands with a dark brown-black color.
Flavor and aroma
The aroma of the dry leaves is spicy and floral, with hints of baked goods. The infusion is clean, clear, amber-red with a golden tint. The flavor is dense, juicy, and rich, evolving with each brew: from deep notes of chocolate, wood, and berries to floral, fruity, spicy, and bready. The finish is long, sweet, and spicy, with light notes of coffee.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: glass or ceramic teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
