Shi Zhu Yun Long, AAA, 2025
A heavily fermented oolong from Yunlong County in Yunnan Province. The flavour is soft and creamy, with the tartness of dried berries giving way to a slight bitterness and spices. The aftertaste is juicy, full-bodied, with a nutty note and is short-lived. It relaxes, warms and soothes. An excellent tea for peaceful celebrations.
