Tea grown in a nature reserve in the Wushan Mountains. The unique composition of trace elements and minerals found in the soil gives this tea a rich and deep flavour. The tea has undergone multiple rounds of traditional roasting over charcoal.

Large, glossy, dark-coloured leaves. An amber-red infusion with a distinctive, warm, fruity aroma. The flavour is rich and fruity-caramelly, with notes of tobacco, chocolate, spices and berries. The aftertaste is full-bodied and sweet, with notes of prunes and chocolate. 

A vibrant, aromatic Wuyi tea with a invigorating effect. It energises and warms. Delicate yet assertive, it will appeal to both enthusiasts of bold flavours and those who prefer a gentler profile.

How to brew

Steaming

• Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
• Water: 90-95°C
• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 4-5 infusions.
