Весь день мимо меня проносятся чайники с разными чаями. Гостям наливаю, сам пробую на бегу, решил повышать квалификацию, этот первым купил себе домой, и решил написать развернутый отзыв, чтобы что-то осталось в голове)

Нос уловил цветы и что то жареное. Заварил в гайвани, вкус плотный. Горчинка есть, но она как в хорошем черном шоколаде, она уходит и остается сладость и тепло.

Почувствовал орех и карамель. Еще какой то оттенок старой бочки . Жена сказала пахнет печеньем. Я сказал "не мешай!"

How to brew

Steaming

  • Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
  • Water: 80-85°C
  • Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.

Infusion method
