Classically processed Te Guan Yin variety. Has a deep aroma and delicate taste. The tea is suitable for both everyday tea drinking and ceremonies. It gently refreshes, filling you with freshness and harmony.
Classically processed Te Guan Yin variety: before fermentation, the leaves are damaged quite severely to ensure rapid oxidation. The fermentation process itself stops the day after the tea is harvested.
Appearance
The buds are medium-sized, tightly twisted, dark green, and dull. The aroma of the dry tea is delicate, light, floral and fruity.
Taste and aroma
The finished infusion is light yellow with a greenish rim, the taste is oily, thick, with notes of lilac, peach, vanilla and fruity acidity. The aftertaste is long, with floral and berry notes.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 1000 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
