Appearance

Dark green spherical knots with small stems. The aroma of the dry leaves is delicate, grassy and floral, with a subtle creamy note.

Taste and aroma

The infusion is transparent, clear, greenish-yellow in colour with a creamy floral aroma. The taste is soft, balanced, oily, with fruity-floral, creamy notes. Long, juicy aftertaste with a pleasant refreshing sourness.
