Taiwanese variety of the bush "Jin Xuan" (Golden Flower) heated on the coals of fruit trees. The tea is twisted crosswise into quite large lumps of caramel-brown color with small stems. It warms with breath, aroma of baked milk, burnt caramel and sponge cake. Water within a radius of 90° gives us a thick infusion of golden color. After the first sip, shades of tobacco and cigars are added to the aroma. Thick, viscous taste with delicate sweetness of creamy caramel, shortbread and figs. Light sourness of tea rose and mint. Aftertaste is moderately sweet notes of boiled condensed milk. Tea saturates, fills with peace, harmony and good intentions. Soothes anxiety and fills the heart with joy.
