A Taiwanese variety of Jin Xuan (Golden Flower) bush, heated over fruit tree coals. Thick, sticky flavor with delicate sweetness of creamy caramel, shortbread and figs. Light sourness of tea rose and mint. Aftertaste is moderately sweet notes of boiled condensed milk.

A Taiwanese variety of Jin Xuan (Golden Flower) bush, heated over fruit tree coals.

Large, transversely twisted nodes with small petioles. The leaves are caramel-brown with an aroma of baked milk, burnt caramel, and biscuit.

The infusion is golden in color, viscous, and dense. After the first steep, tobacco-cigar notes were added to the aroma. The thick, lingering taste features the soft sweetness of creamy caramel, shortbread, and fig, with a slight tartness of tea rose and mint. The aftertaste is moderately sweet, with notes of boiled condensed milk.

This tea is satiating, relieves anxiety, and fills you with calm, harmony, and joy.
