To produce this tea, the upper buds with the first young leaves are carefully picked by hand, so even after drying the tea leaf looks fresh. Dry tea exudes a sweet, grassy aroma with light notes of flowering chestnut and needles. The infusion is light, with a yellow-green tint, transparent. The taste is subtle, mild, with sweet and sour notes of kiwi and melon, the freshness of basil and freshly cut grass. The aftertaste is long, refreshing, with honey-citrus notes.
Tea refreshes, invigorates, clears the mind. Due to its high content of vitamins and antioxidants, it has a beneficial effect on metabolism and the condition of the body as a whole.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 60-75°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-7 infusions.

- Water: 60-75°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-9 g per 1000 ml of water
