Appearance
The bud and one leaf are twisted into thin, sharp olive-green needles with a fresh, herbaceous, floral aroma.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clear and clean, with a light fruity aroma. The flavor is fresh, subtle, sweet, floral-fruity, without bitterness or astringency. The aftertaste is refreshing, oily, and slightly spicy.
Effect
This tea is very refreshing and invigorating. It is perfect for morning tea.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml. water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot
- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 6-8 g per 1 liter of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
