The clear infusion has a very light lime-green color with a slightly oily tinge. The taste is creamy and sweet with light notes of umami and herbs.
Green tea from Guizhou Province.
For this tea, thin, pointed green buds similar to pine needles are used. The aroma of the dry tea is intense, herbaceous and floral, with a subtle nutty note. The infusion is transparent, very light green colour. The flavour is juicy and sweet, silky, with light herbaceous tartness, fine berry sourness and refreshing aftertaste.
The tea is refreshing, gently tonic.
How to brew:
3-4 g of tea pour hot water (70-80°C). First infusion — approx. 20 seconds, after which to drink in spills with a gradual increase in exposure. Withstands 6 brewings. We recommend using a porcelain gaiwan.
