Large, flat, shiny buds of a pistachio-green color with a delicate, floral, herbaceous, and nutty aroma.

The infusion is bright, rich, and clear, with a light, wheat-green color. The aroma is fresh and juicy, with notes of wildflowers, berries, and nuts, with a subtle vegetable note. The flavor is buttery, expressive, and juicy. The finish is silky, long, refreshing, and slightly sweet.

This tea requires careful attention. We recommend using soft, cool water and short, quick steeps. It is pleasantly refreshing and relaxing, relieving fatigue and tension.

How to brew

Steaming

• Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
• Water: 70-80°C
• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-7 infusions.
