Small, flat buds and leaves are pistachio-green in color with a soft, herbaceous aroma, floral, nutty, and baked notes.
The infusion is clear, transparent, and a rich green-golden color. The tea's aroma is subtle and slightly sweet, with pronounced floral and herbaceous notes. How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-8 infusions.
