Appearance
The top bud and two leaves are rolled into an oblong ball, resembling an eye. The dry tea has a sweet, floral, and distinct aroma.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clear, transparent, and golden-green in color with a subtle, delicate jasmine aroma. The tea has a sweet, aromatic flavor with a subtle astringency. It leaves a long, refreshing aftertaste.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7 g per 100-120 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 4-5 infusions.
Infusion method

- Water: 70-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-5 "eyes" per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 2-3 minutes.
