Appearance
The downy buds and leaves of the Fuding Da Bai variety are pressed into small balls of moderate density. The aroma of the dry tea is delicate and subtle, with a light spicy-honey note.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clear, transparent, amber-red in colour. The aroma of the finished tea is voluminous, iridescent, with fruity, spicy, rich notes. The taste is silky, delicate, juicy, with notes of fruit, berries and spices. The aftertaste is soft, refreshing and long-lasting.
