This white tea charmed me from the very first breath. The dry leaves smell simply amazing with notes of freshly cut grass, flowers, and a light honey sweetness. The infusion is almost transparent with a delicate yellowish hue, like birch sap. The taste is just as described, sweet, buttery, and honey like, and with each new steep it becomes brighter and deeper, which in my experience is quite rare for white teas. A very meditative, light yet rich tea.

Taste and aroma

The aroma of the dried tea is delicate and intoxicating, with notes of freshly cut grass and flowering spring trees. The infusion is pale, with a yellowish tint, reminiscent of birch sap. The flavor is sweet, buttery, honeyed and gets lighter with each sip.

A calm, meditative tea. Perfect for a peaceful morning.
