White tea from North Brabant, harvested and processed according to Chinese white tea technology. This tea can be compared to "Shoumei" white tea.
Appearance: large, greenish and purple-brown leaves with long saplings. The aroma is restrained, floral and herbal with a fruity touch. The liquor is clear, with a golden hue.

Brew the tea in hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time for the first soak is about 20 seconds. Then make short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each successive step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed a maximum of 6 times.
