Aged white tea from the Ding Yong Hao factory in Fujian Province. The infusion is clear, clean, and golden-amber in color. The aroma is light and fresh, with hints of spice. The taste is juicy, light, and slightly sweet, with berry, spicy, honeyed, and slightly dusty notes, along with hints of medicinal herbs, dried wildflowers, spices, and dried fruit. This tea is ideal for steeping, simmering, or steeping in a thermos.

Leaves and a small amount of buds and stems from the 2021 spring harvest are pressed into a neat 350g cake. The tea was then stored in a dry warehouse, where it transformed over time and acquired a soft, juicy berry-dried fruit aroma with spicy notes.
The infusion is clear, clean, and golden-amber in color. The aroma is light and fresh, with hints of spice. The finish is long, warm, and soft.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80–90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 15-20 seconds.
Infusion method
