Shu Pu Erh Jin Da Fu Lao Cha Tou, AAA, 2023
The aroma of the dried leaves is not intense, with a subtle woody sweetness, but the brewed material immediately reveals the sweetness of dates, a familiar nuttiness, and a mysterious nutmeg. The infusion easily transforms into an oil.
An original Shu Pu Erh from the Jin Da Fu factory, made from Lao Cha Tou (old tea heads). The blended spring 2018 tea from the Ban Zhang and Dong Hai regions was pressed in 2023.
The appearance is captivating: numerous tea buds and old tea heads are clearly visible. The aroma of the dried leaves is subtle, with a subtle woody sweetness. Steamed leaves reveal a sweetness of dates, nuttiness, and nuttiness. The aroma of the bowl reveals the sweetness of ground walnuts and cashews. The infusion easily dissolves into oil, but for a richer flavor and body, we recommend adding a little more tea than usual.
This tea is very original, vibrant, and full-bodied. A fine example of masterfully crafted Shu Pu Erh from the relatively young and rapidly developing Jin Da Fu factory.
