Da Xue Shan is one of the tea regions of Lincang County. Tea from this region is distinguished by its sweet taste and rich aroma. Sheng Pu Erh has a grassy flavor, with a pleasant sweetness of cherry and pineapple, a slight viscosity, a hint of grapefruit zest, and a hint of dried fruit.
Da Xue Shan (Great Snow Mountain) is one of the tea regions of Lincang County. Tea trees grow here at altitudes of 2,200-2,750 meters in a relatively harsh climate. Tea from this region is distinguished by its sweet taste and rich aroma.
Large, yellowish-green, silvery leaves are scented with jasmine, lilac, and fresh grass. As they warm, fruity notes of peach and strawberry emerge.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
The first steeping is for rinsing the tea.
Brew in short infusions of 5-7 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method

- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g. per 100 ml of water
Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
