Sheng Pu Erh from 2011, produced from material sourced from the famous Big Snow Mountains in Lincang County. The leaves were harvested from old tea trees aged 100–150 years, growing at altitudes of up to 2,500 meters above sea level.
The cake is moderately compressed and contains a large number of buds. The aroma of the dry leaf is rich and sweet, with a distinct tobacco note.
The infusion has a clear, transparent amber-golden color, with an intense aroma of dry wood, summer dust, and withered pear. The taste is full-bodied, with notes of dried fruits, honey, and tobacco, complemented by a light acidity. The aftertaste is soft and smooth.
A tea with a powerful effect. It invigorates, clears the mind, and brings a sense of harmony. It has good potential for further flavor development with continued aging.
