We take water at a temperature of 90-95°C and transport it to a pine forest near a wet village barn. Fresh pine needles, sweet wet wood, raspberry twigs and smoke from an old stove. The texture is soft. The aftertaste is short, herbal and pharmaceutical. Instead of refreshing, it awakens a hidden source of energy in the body, like many hei cha!
