When warmed by the breath, the aroma of baked goods, crème brûlée, oven-dried apples, and honey is revealed. The infusion is dense, dark burgundy in color, with notes of grapefruit, mandarin peel, banana, date, hazelnut, and the sweetness of carrot. A touch of cookie and apple seed, along with acacia honey, is present. The finish is lingering, sweet and bitter.
The tea is warming, invigorating, and uplifting.
