The extraordinarily beautiful mountains in the north of Fujian province have been growing excellent tea for many years. Moisture flowing down from the misty peaks along the rocky slopes reaches the roots of the tea plants, enriching them with minerals and creating a unique flavor. Some varieties are already so steeped in myths and legends that it's hard to figure out if it really happened or if it's just fiction. We've put together a set with different levels of Yang Cha (cliff teas) for you to dive deeper into this region.
