In the incredibly beautiful mountains of northern Fujian Province, excellent tea has been grown for many years. Moisture flowing down from the misty peaks along the rocky slopes reaches the roots of the tea plants, enriching them with minerals and creating a unique flavor. Some varieties are already so overgrown with myths and legends that it is difficult to determine whether it really happened or is just fiction. We have prepared a set of different levels of Yang Cha (cliff teas) for you to dive deeper into this region.
