Lightly fermented oolong from Taiwan. The infusion is transparent, golden green with a delicate, enveloping, grassy-floral taste. You can feel the sourness of violet, green apple, basil and lemon, the sweetness of hops, jasmine and freshly cut grass.

Tea flushes are twisted into spherical knots of beautiful green color with yellow stems. After warming up with breath, the aroma of greenery, wild flowers and cream is felt. The infusion is transparent, golden green with a delicate, enveloping, grassy-floral taste. The sourness of violet, green apple, basil and lemon is felt, the sweetness of hops, jasmine and freshly cut grass. The aftertaste is saturated, fruity, with a slight metallic aftertaste.
Very juicy, refreshing tea for every day. It relieves fatigue and tension, improves mood.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: glass or porcelain teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-7 infusions.
Infusion method

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-5 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
