During preparation, the tea was subjected to multiple twists, weak fermentation and light heating. Green knots with a spherical twist with a small stem with a soft, discreet floral-fruity, grassy aroma. The infusion is yellow, transparent, clear. The aroma of the finished tea is fresh, floral and spicy, with notes of fruit and berries. The taste is sweet, thick, buttery, floral, with notes of nuts and seeds. A refreshing, enveloping aftertaste, pleasant and long-lasting.
A versatile oolong for everyday tea drinking. Relaxing, warming, uplifting. A good tea for both morning and warm evening gatherings with friends.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 1000 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
