A high-altitude tea produced in Panchathar Province, Nepal. The tea grows at an altitude of 2,200 meters, using the bud and two top leaves.
The tea leaves are twisted lengthwise, producing a dry brown tea with golden buds. A special feature of the production process is the fermentation of the tea... in craft beer! How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
