Mei Zhan ("Divination Plum"), A
The tea contains the sweetness of nutmeg, cinnamon, bread, honey, figs, vanilla, peach and melon. The tea can refresh, and at the same time it can relax.
Oolong
Black infusion with a turquoise hue. The leaf size is medium for an oolong from Wuyi Shan. It is in the form of balls of elongated twist. When warmed with the breath, a spicy aroma of caramel, cinnamon, gingerbread, flowers and baked apple comes out, and somewhere in the distance one can sense smoke. A considerable amount of fire can be sensed in the tea. It is best to use water with a temperature of 87°C degrees for brewing. Drink from the first brew (recommendation for all rock oolongs). The infusion is cognac in color. The taste is velvety, spicy, enveloping the palate. The tea contains the sweetness of nutmeg, cinnamon, bread, honey, figs, vanilla, peach and melon. Slightly sour tones of plum and grapefruit are present. The finish is long-lasting, sweet with a slight bitterness and a hint of burnt caramel. The tea puts you in a state of mind that is hard to judge. It can refresh, and at the same time it can relax. It can change one's perception of the world, helping to direct one's attention in the right direction, which allows one to look at things from a different angle.
